Acceptance of fSpace Membership Agreement, Values, and Terms of Use Policy (TUP) does not create a tenancy contract but a pre-paid usage license for the member to use fSpace services on a monthly or casual basis. fSpace members are expected to uphold fSpace values and adhere to the Basic Rules and Terms of Use Policy at all times. Failure to do so may result in non-renewal or termination of the membership agreement.
